We're currently investigating a fault with the network upgrade.
The cause of this was crash of NVMe partition on the latest node which caused these downtimes and issues. This did cause a cascade of minor issues which should be already resolved, same for load balancing.
We're currently reviewing the log files from these routers and will provide more information as soon as possible.
